2. Platform Purpose & License

SoulsNote provides tools to compose, lock, animate, and deliver digital letters, romantic keepsakes, memory photo reels, and confession messages. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

SoulsNote is built as an emotional sanctuary. You strictly agree NOT to use the service to:

• Transmit any harassing, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or hateful content.
• Upload non-consensual imagery, sexually explicit media involving minors, or illegal materials.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or perform automated spamming against letter unlock mechanics.
• Impersonate another person with the intent to deceive or harm emotional well-being.

We reserve the right to delete content and terminate accounts that violate these safety standards without notice.

4. Confession Wall Guidelines

Submissions to the public Confession Wall are reviewed by automated safety filters and our moderation team. While confessions are anonymous to other users, submissions promoting violence, self-harm, hate speech, or sharing doxxing information will be immediately rejected and purged.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and permanent preservation of your cherished keepsakes, we recommend saving personal copies of irreplaceable photographs.
